Una Hartley and (David) Mxolisi Sinquana remove on average 300 black bags of litter per year from just this site. The rubbish that unthinking and uncaring people leave behind at the bottle and paper banks is unbelievable. Many of the local shops employees at Lakeside Shopping Centre are to blame as well.
