Zandvlei Trust

Cape Times / Caltex – Award to The Zandvlei Trust.

Our Chairman Vincent Marincowitz – received this certificate and trophy on behalf of the Zandvlei Trust
on 7th Novemeber 2002 at the annual event in Rondebosch.

Zandvlei Trust together with The Marina da Gama Residents Association and the Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve, share this award as a partnership, working towards the Greater Zandvlei Estuary Reserve. This is in Catagory A – Amateur Individual or Group.

It is recognition of the excellent work that has been achieved for many years in and around Zandvlei 
by the Members and the Zandvlei Trust Executive Committee.

Julia Wood, a City of Cape Town – Environmental Manager submitted the proposal outlining the close working relationship that exists between the above mentioned Civil Society bodies and the City of Cape Town officials.
