Zandvlei trust

 14th International Kite festival  – 25 - 26 October 2008

Cape Mental Health the convenors of the festival, chose the right weather and wind conditions. Saturday was perfect and Sunday was too.

The sky was full of kites to excite the senses.                Seals

They came on their land yachts                               They came in their canoes

We shared our tent with the Greater Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve, Rondevlei Nature Reserve.

  • The raffle ticket winner –  Jean Jackson won the garden bench, made from recycled plastic.
