8. On the 6th & 14th June 2001, the Environmental Education programme for The Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve was introduced.

This programme incorporates a teachers guide to the 'Cape Flats Floral Treasures' – a Botanical Society and CMC Administration publication.
