24 September –  Heritage Day Celebration – Spring Festival 
–  A celebration of Biodiversity.
Discovery Tour, to test your knowledge of Zandvlei and its environment. This will be followed by a braai at the Environmental Education Centre.

20 - 21 September  Zandvlei Eastern shores.  The 10th International Kite Festival, a Cape Mental Health annual event. 



We had a tent with displays on ZIMP and the Greater Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve with the Finebushpeople stand. Also paintings by local artist David Osborne and ceramics by the Muizenberg High School pupils depicting a Zandvlei theme.

14th May  at the Zandvlei Sports Club, Promenade Road, Lakeside. 
The Zandvlei Trust AGM and ZIMP presentation. A well received presentation (now available on CD) was presented by Steve Davis and others on the achievements of the Botany Group of ZIMP. Contact Steve or Ryan Hill for the details of the CD presentation.
